The Department of Food Science and Technology at Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur, was established in 2022-23, to meet the rising demand for skilled professionals in Food science.

Our department aim to create a learning environment where students can gain knowledge , practical skills and industry insights. With a focus on innovation, sustainability and safety , we prepare students to succeed in food sector both nationally and internationally.
