Message from HOD

We feel elated to introduce you to Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning of Engineers that strives for increasing the knowledge, enhancing the critical thinking, ability to change information into knowledge and power of analyzing things technically. Delivery of good academics is the central pillar for attaining niche position amongst institute of repute.
SGU has highly qualified faculty members to impart high quality knowledge to the students. Institute has unique teacher guardian scheme. Teacher Guardians are friend, philosopher guide and mentor to the students. Individual attention to the students is hallmark of the institute.
In the curriculum more emphasis is given on skill based and value added courses, improvement of laboratory experiments with more emphasis on creativity to improve teaching methods. External experts step-in to cover important emerging areas in various information technology disciplines. Moreover, students are encouraged to take online courses like MOOCs, NPTEL (SWAYAM) and Coursera.

  • To prepare students for placement ,higher education, research and development (R&D) in AI and MLbyproviding value-based quality education.
  • To develop students to work on multidisciplinary projects with teamwork, effective communications skills and ethical principles.
  • To cultivate students to provide acceptable solutions to real world problems utilizing problem-solving skills, knowledge of mathematics and engineering fundamentals.
